I’m unfortunately still waiting for my card to arrive, but that is not the fault of the seller. Therefore it would be unfair for them to lose stars for the delivery aspect of my review, as the card was posted to me in good time. Anything after that is beyond their control. I messaged the seller and very quickly received a lovely reply to apologise for my card not arriving, and to kindly offer me a refund. The customer service in this store is wonderful, and I am therefore giving 5 stars for all categories, as I firmly believe that the card would be of a very high standard too. I would definitely use this seller again.
